\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u5c06\u4ea7\u54c1\u63a8\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0a\u5e02\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff08Premarket Notification\uff09\u3002<br>\u5176\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u4e8e\u8bc1\u660e\u65b0\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e0e\u5df2\u5408\u6cd5\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u540c\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\uff08Predicate Device\uff09\u5177\u6709 <strong>\u5b9e\u8d28\u7b49\u540c\u6027\uff08Substantial Equivalence\uff09<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53ea\u6709\u83b7\u5f97 <strong>510(k) Clearance<\/strong> \u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5408\u6cd5\u9500\u552e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 \u5ef6\u4f38\u9605\u8bfb\uff1a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda-registered.com\/en\/medical-devices-fda-registration-analysis-entire-process\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">FDA \u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6ce8\u518c\u5168\u6d41\u7a0b\u89e3\u6790<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e8c\u3001FDA 510(k) \u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4 510(k) \u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Class II \u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff08\u5927\u591a\u6570\u8bca\u65ad\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u7c7b\u5668\u68b0\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u90e8\u5206 Class I \u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff08\u672a\u8c41\u514d\u8005\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4ea7\u54c1\u6709\u65b0\u7528\u9014\u3001\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6216\u6750\u6599\u53d8\u66f4\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82e5\u4ea7\u54c1\u5c5e\u4e8e <strong>510(k) \u8c41\u514d\u76ee\u5f55<\/strong>\uff0c\u5219\u65e0\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5907\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e09\u3001FDA 510(k) \u6ce8\u518c\u6d41\u7a0b\u89e3\u6790<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u4ea7\u54c1\u5206\u7c7b\u4e0e\u8c41\u514d\u786e\u8ba4<\/strong><br>\u5148\u901a\u8fc7 FDA \u4ea7\u54c1\u5206\u7c7b\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u786e\u8ba4\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u5c5e\u4e8e 510(k) \u7ba1\u8f96\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5bfb\u627e Predicate Device\uff08\u5bf9\u6bd4\u4ea7\u54c1\uff09<\/strong><br>\u786e\u8ba4\u5df2\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5408\u6cd5\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u540c\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u7528\u4f5c\u6bd4\u5bf9\u53c2\u7167\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u51c6\u5907 510(k) \u6587\u4ef6<\/strong><br>\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4ea7\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9884\u671f\u7528\u9014\u4e0e\u9002\u5e94\u75c7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6280\u672f\u7279\u6027\u5bf9\u6bd4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6027\u80fd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e0e\u6d4b\u8bd5\u62a5\u544a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u3001\u706d\u83cc\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7b49\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6807\u7b7e\u4e0e\u8bf4\u660e\u4e66<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9 FDA \u5e76\u7f34\u7eb3\u8d39\u7528<\/strong><br>FDA \u6bcf\u5e74\u516c\u5e03 510(k) \u5ba1\u8bc4\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u9700\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u7f34\u8d39\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FDA \u5ba1\u67e5\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Administrative Review\uff08\u63a5\u6536\u5ba1\u67e5\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u786e\u8ba4\u6587\u4ef6\u5b8c\u6574\u6027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Substantive Review\uff08\u5b9e\u8d28\u6027\u5ba1\u67e5\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u8bc4\u4f30\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u6027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI\uff08Additional Information\uff09\u8bf7\u6c42<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u9700\u8865\u5145\u8d44\u6599<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clearance\uff08\u6279\u51c6\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u83b7\u5f97 510(k) \u53f7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165<\/strong><br>\u83b7\u6279\u540e\u5373\u53ef\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u9500\u552e\uff0c\u4f46\u9700\u9075\u5b88 QSR\uff08\u8d28\u91cf\u4f53\u7cfb\u6cd5\u89c4\uff09\u4e0e\u6807\u7b7e\u89c4\u8303\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u56db\u3001\u5e38\u89c1\u6311\u6218<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u5408\u9002\u7684 Predicate Device\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6bd4\u5bf9\u5931\u8d25<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\uff0cFDA \u9891\u7e41\u8981\u6c42\u8865\u5145<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7f3a\u4e4f\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6570\u636e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5ba1\u8bc4\u5468\u671f\u8fc7\u957f\uff08\u901a\u5e38 3-6 \u4e2a\u6708\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e94\u3001\u6210\u529f\u6848\u4f8b\u5206\u4eab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u4e00\uff1a\u67d0\u76d1\u6d4b\u4eea\u5668\u4f01\u4e1a<\/strong><br>\u4e00\u5bb6\u56fd\u5185\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u516c\u53f8\u8ba1\u5212\u51fa\u53e3\u4fbf\u643a\u5f0f\u5fc3\u7535\u76d1\u6d4b\u4eea\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u3002\u6700\u521d\u56e0 Predicate Device \u9009\u62e9\u4e0d\u5f53\u88ab\u62d2\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u534f\u52a9\u91cd\u65b0\u68c0\u7d22 FDA \u6570\u636e\u5e93\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u5408\u9002\u5bf9\u6bd4\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u8865\u5145\u4e34\u5e8a\u6027\u80fd\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u987a\u5229\u83b7\u5f97 <strong>510(k) Clearance<\/strong>\uff0c\u4ea7\u54c1\u6210\u529f\u4e0a\u5e02\u7f8e\u56fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u4e8c\uff1a\u67d0\u9aa8\u79d1\u5668\u68b0\u4f01\u4e1a<\/strong><br>\u4e00\u5bb6\u9aa8\u79d1\u690d\u5165\u5668\u68b0\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u5728\u51c6\u5907 510(k) \u65f6\u6587\u4ef6\u7e41\u6742\u3001\u7f3a\u4e4f\u706d\u83cc\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e2e\u52a9\u5176\u642d\u5efa\u5b8c\u6574\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5e76\u4f18\u5316\u6807\u7b7e\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u4ec5\u7528 5 \u4e2a\u6708\u5c31\u901a\u8fc7 FDA \u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 \u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u8f85\u5bfc\u4e0e\u6848\u4f8b\uff1f\u8bf7\u70b9\u51fb\uff1a<a Device\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u51c6\u5907\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u6280\u672f\u8d44\u6599\u4e0e\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8ba1\u5212\u5c06\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u5c3d\u65e9\u8fdb\u884c <strong>510(k)
