Document\uff09<\/strong> \u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u836f\u54c1\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u4e3b\u6587\u4ef6\uff08DMF\uff09\u5411 FDA \u63d0\u4ea4\u7684<strong>\u552f\u4e00\u5408\u89c4\u683c\u5f0f<\/strong>\u3002<br>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u539f\u6599\u836f\u3001\u4e2d\u95f4\u4f53\u3001\u8f85\u6599\u3001\u5305\u6750\u7b49\u4f01\u4e1a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c<strong>DMF eCTD \u7684\u6b63\u786e\u7406\u89e3\u4e0e\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u5173\u7cfb\u5230\u7533\u62a5\u662f\u5426\u88ab FDA \u6280\u672f\u63a5\u6536<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u4ece\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u7533\u62a5\u51c6\u5907\u3001\u6280\u672f\u7ed3\u6784\u5230\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u89e3\u6790 <strong>DMF eCTD \u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u62a5\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e00\u3001\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f DMF eCTD\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DMF\uff08Drug Master File\uff09<\/strong> \u662f\u5411 FDA \u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6280\u672f\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u652f\u6301\u836f\u54c1 IND\u3001NDA\u3001ANDA \u6216\u5176\u4ed6 DMF \u7684\u5ba1\u8bc4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>eCTD<\/strong> \u662f FDA \u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u7533\u62a5\u683c\u5f0f\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u7533\u62a5\u8d44\u6599\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u91c7\u7528\u6807\u51c6\u5316\u76ee\u5f55\u7ed3\u6784\uff08Module 1\u20135\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528 XML Backbone \u5efa\u7acb\u6587\u4ef6\u7d22\u5f15<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u901a\u8fc7 FDA ESG \u7cfb\u7edf\u8fdb\u884c\u7535\u5b50\u63d0\u4ea4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>\u76ee\u524d\uff0cDMF \u5fc5\u987b\u4ee5 eCTD \u683c\u5f0f\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u7eb8\u8d28\u6216\u975e eCTD \u7535\u5b50\u6587\u4ef6\u5df2\u4e0d\u88ab\u63a5\u53d7\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e8c\u3001DMF eCTD \u9002\u7528\u7684 DMF \u7c7b\u578b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DMF eCTD \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6240\u6709 DMF \u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Type II<\/strong>\uff1a\u539f\u6599\u836f\uff08API\uff09\u3001\u4e2d\u95f4\u4f53\u3001\u5236\u5242\u7528\u7269\u8d28<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type III<\/strong>\uff1a\u5305\u88c5\u6750\u6599<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type IV<\/strong>\uff1a\u8f85\u6599\u3001\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type V<\/strong>\uff1a\u5176\u4ed6 FDA \u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u53c2\u8003\u8d44\u6599<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0d\u540c DMF \u7c7b\u578b\u5728 <strong>Module 3\uff08\u8d28\u91cf\u90e8\u5206\uff09<\/strong> \u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u4fa7\u91cd\u70b9\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4f46 eCTD \u6280\u672f\u7ed3\u6784\u8981\u6c42\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e09\u3001DMF eCTD \u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u57fa\u7840<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DMF eCTD \u4e3b\u8981\u57fa\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b FDA \u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FDA \u5bf9 eCTD \u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u5b9e\u65bd\u653f\u7b56<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eCTD Technical Conformance Guide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FDA ESG\uff08Electronic Submissions Gateway\uff09\u63d0\u4ea4\u89c4\u8303<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DMF Annual Report \u4e0e Amendment \u7ba1\u7406\u8981\u6c42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>\u6280\u672f\u5408\u89c4\uff08eCTD\uff09\u4e0e\u5185\u5bb9\u5408\u89c4\uff08CMC\uff09\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u56db\u3001DMF eCTD \u6807\u51c6\u7533\u62a5\u6d41\u7a0b\uff08\u5b9e\u52a1\u7248\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\uff1a\u786e\u8ba4 DMF \u7c7b\u578b\u4e0e\u7533\u62a5\u7b56\u7565<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u7533\u62a5\u524d\u9700\u660e\u786e\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DMF \u7c7b\u578b\uff08Type II \/ III \/ IV \/ V\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u662f\u5426\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5f00\u653e\u6027 DMF \u4f9b\u591a\u4e2a\u7533\u8bf7\u5f15\u7528<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981 Letter of Authorization\uff08LOA\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b65\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u540e\u7eed\u6587\u4ef6\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65\uff1a\u9884\u5148\u7533\u8bf7 DMF Number<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u6b63\u5f0f\u63d0\u4ea4 DMF eCTD \u4e4b\u524d\uff0c<strong>\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u5148\u5411 FDA \u7533\u8bf7 DMF Number\uff08\u9884\u5206\u914d\uff09<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FDA \u5ba1\u6838\u57fa\u7840\u4fe1\u606f\u540e\u5206\u914d\u552f\u4e00 DMF Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8be5\u7f16\u53f7\u5c06\u4f5c\u4e3a DMF \u7684<strong>\u6c38\u4e45\u8bc6\u522b\u7801<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>DMF Number \u5e76\u975e\u5728 eCTD \u63d0\u4ea4\u540e\u81ea\u52a8\u751f\u6210\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5fc5\u987b\u9884\u5148\u53d6\u5f97\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e09\u6b65\uff1a\u51c6\u5907 DMF \u6280\u672f\u8d44\u6599\uff08CMC\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u636e DMF \u7c7b\u578b\u51c6\u5907\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u6280\u672f\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u539f\u6599\u6765\u6e90\u4e0e\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u4e0e\u68c0\u9a8c\u65b9\u6cd5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6570\u636e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5305\u88c5\u4e0e\u50a8\u5b58\u6761\u4ef6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53d8\u66f4\u63a7\u5236\u4e0e\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u9700\u7b26\u5408\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FDA CMC \u8981\u6c42<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eCTD \u6587\u4ef6\u547d\u540d\u4e0e\u683c\u5f0f\u89c4\u8303\uff08PDF\u3001\u4e66\u7b7e\u3001\u5206\u9875\u7b49\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u56db\u6b65\uff1a\u6784\u5efa DMF eCTD \u7ed3\u6784\uff08Sequence 0000\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u4ea4 DMF \u4f7f\u7528 <strong>Sequence 0000<\/strong>\uff0c\u5176\u5173\u952e\u89c4\u5219\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submission ID = DMF Number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6b63\u786e\u5efa\u7acb XML Backbone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6587\u4ef6\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u6b63\u786e\u7684 Module \u4e0e Section \u4e0b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 1 \u4e3a FDA \u4e13\u7528\u884c\u653f\u6a21\u5757<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f <strong>DMF eCTD \u6210\u529f\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6280\u672f\u73af\u8282<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e94\u6b65\uff1aeCTD \u6280\u672f\u6821\u9a8c\uff08Validation\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u524d\u5fc5\u987b\u8fdb\u884c eCTD \u6821\u9a8c\uff0c\u68c0\u67e5\u5185\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>XML \u7ed3\u6784\u5b8c\u6574\u6027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6587\u4ef6\u8def\u5f84\u4e0e\u547d\u540d\u89c4\u8303<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u64cd\u4f5c\u662f\u5426\u5408\u7406<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728 FDA \u963b\u65ad\u6027\u9519\u8bef\uff08Fatal Error\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>\u672a\u901a\u8fc7\u6821\u9a8c\u7684 eCTD \u5c06\u76f4\u63a5\u88ab FDA \u62d2\u6536\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u516d\u6b65\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7 FDA ESG \u7cfb\u7edf\u63d0\u4ea4<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5b8c\u6210\u6821\u9a8c\u540e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7 <strong>FDA ESG\uff08Electronic Submissions Gateway\uff09<\/strong> \u63d0\u4ea4\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u4ea4\uff1aDMF eCTD Sequence 0000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u63d0\u4ea4\u6210\u529f\u540e\uff0cFDA \u8fd4\u56de\u6280\u672f\u63a5\u6536\u56de\u6267\uff08Acknowledgement\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b65\u4ec5\u4ee3\u8868 <strong>\u6280\u672f\u63a5\u6536\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u4e0d\u7b49\u540c\u4e8e\u5185\u5bb9\u5ba1\u8bc4\u901a\u8fc7<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator \u5e76\u975e\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u63d0\u4ea4\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6301\u7eed\u7ef4\u62a4\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Amendment<\/strong>\uff1a\u8865\u5145\u6216\u4fee\u8ba2\u8d44\u6599\uff08Sequence 0001\u30010002\u2026\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Annual Report<\/strong>\uff1a\u5e74\u5ea6\u66f4\u65b0\uff08\u5373\u4f7f\u65e0\u53d8\u66f4\u4e5f\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LOA \u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\uff1a\u6388\u6743\u7ed9\u4e0d\u540c\u836f\u54c1\u7533\u8bf7\u5f15\u7528<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u53d8\u66f4\u8ffd\u8e2a<\/strong>\uff1a\u6240\u6709\u5386\u53f2\u7248\u672c\u53ef\u88ab FDA \u56de\u6eaf\u5ba1\u67e5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u662f DMF class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u516d\u3001DMF eCTD \u5e38\u89c1\u6280\u672f\u6027\u95ee\u9898\uff08\u7b80\u8981\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submission ID \u4e0e DMF Number \u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sequence \u7f16\u53f7\u4f7f\u7528\u9519\u8bef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u64cd\u4f5c\u6807\u7b7e\u4e0d\u6b63\u786e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6587\u4ef6\u653e\u9519 Module \u6216 Section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XML Backbone \u7ed3\u6784\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>\u591a\u6570\u95ee\u9898\u5e76\u975e CMC \u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u800c\u662f eCTD class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e03\u3001\u7ed3\u8bed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DMF eCTD \u7533\u62a5\u662f\u4e00\u9879 <strong>\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4e13\u4e1a\u5316\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u7ed3\u5408\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong>\u3002<br>\u53ea\u6709\u5728 <strong>DMF \u7b56\u7565\u3001\u6cd5\u89c4\u7406\u89e3\u3001eCTD \u6280\u672f\u548c FDA \u5b9e\u64cd\u7ecf\u9a8c<\/strong> \u56db\u8005\u517c\u5907\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u786e\u4fdd\u7533\u62a5\u987a\u5229\u88ab FDA \u63a5\u6536\u5e76\u957f\u671f\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8ba1\u5212\u8fdb\u5165\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u539f\u6599\u836f\u3001\u8f85\u6599\u53ca\u5305\u6750\u4f01\u4e1a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c<strong>\u5408\u89c4\u7684 DMF eCTD \u7533\u62a5\uff0c\u662f\u88ab\u5f15\u7528\u3001\u88ab\u5ba1\u8bc4\u3001\u88ab\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u6761\u4ef6<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DMF
